I help entrepreneurs like you confidently create and share their brand and website with the world.
You're probably wondering...
How I can help the already frustrating, stressful, and very urgent process of sharing your ideas online. Well, let me tell you how I got around to meeting you today.
Hollywood & Vine
At the Intersection of Curiosity and Creativity
After graduating from UCLA’s Graphic Design & 3D Animation program, my deep desire to find innovative ways of visualizing stories lead me to Hollywood.
While working for a prominent advertising agency in Beverly Hills, I got to work on the visual and promotional elements for hits like Jumanji and Legends of the Fall.
My job was to make stars like Robin Williams, Brad Pitt, Sharon Stone, Sylvester Stallone, and Harrison Ford look larger than life.
Then, the World Changed
Can you still hear the sounds of a dial-up connection in your head?
That’s how long I’ve been doing business online, my friend.
The year was 1994.
I knew in my gut that we were on the cusp of something really big — and I didn’t want to miss out.
That same curiosity and creativity that led me to Hollywood, also drew me to the world of digital storytelling, visualization and branding.
After helping to promote all those big blockbuster hits, I wanted to do work that was more impactful.
So I did something I would never have imagined doing in a million years — I quit my job and started my own design agency for smaller businesses. I was 26 years young.
My vision was to help business owners just like you to share their story with the world and command the authority they deserve. All while making the right connections with their audiences.
My first few years in business
Left Brain, Right Brain, and a Big Heart
My first few years in business were no walk in the park. I had to juggle my passion, creativity, and grow my revenue.
When my clients started asking, “do you build websites?”, I pivoted to web design.
Before WordPress, Squarespace and Wix were even a project, the only way to build a web page was with code. And so I also taught myself how to code.
Web design allowed a mix of everything I enjoyed: interactivity, storytelling, design, marketing, and strategy.
As I developed my confidence and flow for helping businesses launch and relaunch their biggest and most precious ideas, I knew that I needed to find a way to serve as many entrepreneurs as possible.
They had so much to share but could not yet afford the investment of a professional web designer and strategist.
I soon realized there were too many business owners in this precarious situation, missing out on the opportunity to connect with audiences and share their stories.
Over time I developed a step-by-step process for my clients that completely removed the overwhelm of creating and launching an online presence, without losing sight of the most critical elements of building a high-converting website — research, strategy, usability, and functionality.
Now with over 25 years of experience in problem-solving, marketing, design and development, I’ve totally refined this process to shorten the time to launch — because big ideas deserve to be out in the world as soon as possible.
